All humans experience stress from time-to-time.  And, not all stress is bad.  However, the accumulation of adverse stress can be detrimental to one’s health.  It’s important to recognize there is a difference between distress or unhealthy stress and eustress or happy stress in order to live a more peaceful, productive, balanced and happy life.
