June is National Dairy Month.  Dairy products are part of a nutritious and balanced diet.   Diary products are full of calcium, protein, potassium and vitamin D which are essential for bone health, help to reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes, and is associated with reducing cardiovascular disease in adults and lowering blood pressure.

So enjoy a glass of cold milk, some cheese, yogurt and yes, even ice cream!
