Some of the best parts of the holidays we enjoy involves the FOOD!  It’s important that each of us takes time to properly prepare food so that we can prevent others from becoming ill.   Some tips include:

  • Handwashing, handwashing, handwashing.
  • Keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold.
  • Properly store leftovers.
  • If you’re not feeling well, do NOT prepare foods for others.
