  • Exercise ( whether it’s gardening or aerobics, whatever works best for you)
  • Eliminate clutter
  • Set priorities each day and try not to overextend yourself
  • Get a massage
  • Listen to relaxing music
  • Meditate
  • Do yoga
  • Practice deep breathing
  • Talk to a friend
  • Simplify your life
  • See a funny movie
  • Visualize yourself in a peaceful setting
