Make 2016 a year for you by learning what you can do to be healthier and truly “well.”  Get to know your numbers–your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol level, and blood sugar.  Find ways to get a good night’s sleep.  Begin an exercise program–it’s as simple as walking!  (Walk in place in your own home!).  Find time to spend with family and friends–they are your social network and they care about you.  Get your finances in order–you’ll be surprised how much stress money causes.  Find ways to reduce your stress level.  What are some stress relievers for you?  Spend time with people who love you and support you.  Keep your brain active by learning new things.  Make 2016 your year!
