Get your PINK on! October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer affects 1 in 8 women and then think of all the men and children whose lives are impacted because their wife, mother, aunt, niece, grandma, sister, sister-in-law, mother-in-law has breast cancer. Men can also be diagnosed with breast cancer.
Our staff will be wearing pink and jeans occasionally during the month of October to call attention to this disease that has affected so many, including our staff.
We need to win the fight against breast cancer! Locally, the Celebration of Life is a great way to recognize the importance of early detection and that many lives are affected by breast cancer. For more information go to: http://www.nationalbreastcancer.org/
